In partnership with the Qawalangin Tribe, and APIA, the museum will be hosting one of two Collections Care workshops to help community members care for and preserve personal collections.

The lecturer, Sarah Owens, is the owner of Interwoven Fibers LLC, and will discuss basic preservation techniques and how to care for family heirlooms, cultural items, and art collections.
